08 Nov 2022 10:23 UTC: We have a scheduled maintenance slot today to upgrade the database that powers our webhooks. We don't anticipate any downtime to Tito apps, but webhooks will be queued while the upgrade takes place and will then catch up once the upgrade is complete. Keep an eye on Twitter for updates.

27 Nov 2020 12:30 UTC: An unintended CORS misconfiguration caused requests to fail. We’re still looking in to the root cause, but we’ve rolled back to a previous working configuration and systems are operational.

09 Jun 2021 17:03 UTC: A Heroku outage in their EU region caused our homepage to temporarily become unavailable. Users can still log in via https://id.tito.io. Other systems are unaffected.

27 May 2021 19:25 UTC: The issue has been addressed and normal service has resumed.
16 Apr 2021 15:31 UTC: Heavy server loads are causing degraded performance on some of our systems. This is happening roughly once an hour. We have taken steps to ease the load and are looking into ways of preventing this happening again.
16 Apr 2021 18:20 UTC: We are still experiencing heavy load spikes and are looking at ways to minimise the impact.

19 Jan 2020 11:23 UTC: Following a routine maintenance task some customers are reporting that their events no longer appear under their accounts. We are investigating.
19 Jan 2020 11:29 UTC: The symptom is that data for some accounts isn’t appearing because of records deleted from a key table. We’re working on getting this sorted as a matter of urgency.
