This event is all about meeting and working with new people to solve a challenge in the care sector.\r\n\r\nYour mission now - should you choose to accept it - is to form a team to participate in the event. You're looking for up to three other people with complementary skills who you can work with to develop a new product mashup. Perhaps you already know someone you want to team up with - great! - but we'd still encourage everyone to find someone new to collaborate with too!\r\n\r\n**Step 0**\r\n\r\nMake sure your profile is completed on Vito - once you've clicked through the screens below you'll be prompted to fill this in. Please add an avatar (something fun is fine, it doesn't need to be a headshot), list your skills under 'what do you do' (e.g. \"data scientist\" or \"UX designer\") and add a short bio with your preferred contact method (e.g. your email address)*\r\n\r\n**Step 1**\r\n\r\nIntroduce yourself in our networking area.\r\n\r\n\\* If you don't want to provide a private contact method, let people know in your bio that they can drop you a message in the networking area by replying to your introduction.\r\n\r\n**Step 2**\r\n\r\nMake the first move and contact at least one other person you'd like to collaborate with, or at least get to know a little better! You can view the full community directory under \"people\" in the sidebar.\r\n\r\n**Step 3**\r\n\r\nDrop in to our team formation video conference between 12pm and 1pm each Thursday or Friday - we'll be running this every week at the same time for an hour. Don't feel that you need to attend the whole duration, you can drop in at any point. This is an opportunity to meet other participants in a relaxed environment and ask any questions you may have about the event.\r\n\r\nWe'll also be running a special evening session on Tuesday 4th at 5pm if you've been unable to attend the daytime sessions.\r\n\r\n**Step 4**\r\n\r\nThis is the most important step!
